Abbarno Associate Editor (Abstract )〕 ==Award== The Haskins Medal is awarded by a committee of three; a chairman, and two members appointed by the president of the Medieval Academy of America, on a three-year rotating term. The presentation of the medal is announced each spring at the annual meeting of the Academy. Graham Carey designed the Haskins Medal in 1939, and each one has the name of the recipient and the date engraved on the edge.
